Coaching Circles
Good Measure's 2020 Coaching Circle offers nonprofit leaders the opportunity to identify creative solutions to complex data and evaluation related challenges within your organizations.With the guidance and support of an understanding network of peers and the skills of a certified coach, you will learn together and support each other over a series of regular meetings.
Overview
Sessions offer participants the opportunity to present a data/evaluation/strategic learning challenge or issue for the Coaching Circle to discuss and problem-solve together.
Participants identify aspects of their leadership to hone throughout the series with the support and guidance of their peers and coach.
Small size cohort (anticipate 8-12 participants) in order to form a trusted, understanding peer network.
Includes a series of six sessions from March-September 2020.

Am I A Good Fit To Apply?
Senior leaders or managers with specific duties related to overseeing organizational data and evaluation efforts and strategic learning are encouraged to apply.
Ideally, applicants will have significant prior experience in the collection, analysis and/or use of data and evaluation within their agencies.
Be in a position in which you have the authority to implement ideas/solutions offered.
Able to present at least one data/evaluation related challenge or issue for the Coaching Circle to discuss and address. Ideal challenges or issues are urgent, significant, and ones that you have the authority to act upon.
Will actively participate in discussions, asking open-ended questions and listening well. All conversations are confidential.

What is the Cost?
The 2020 Good Measure Coaching Circle is provided at no cost to participants. Good Measure is underwriting all costs, with programming provided by Mission Capital.
