Data Leaders Academy (DLA) is a nine-month program hosted by Mission Capital and designed for nonprofit professionals who want to become true data and learning champions and build an organizational culture that regularly uses data to amplify impact.
The innovative curriculum draws on the experience of data and evaluation experts. Participants walk away with practical materials, real-world advice and key strategies to help them succeed as leaders in effectively support their organizations to leveraging data and help transform lives. DLA Includes a combination of in-person learning sessions, an individualized learning plan, coaching, and a professional development stipend.
