Birdie Franklin has over 10 years of experience working and volunteering with nonprofits in Austin, Texas, supporting black and brown families. She graduated from Concordia University Texas with a BA in English and has dedicated her career to roles that emphasize community engagement and wellness. Birdie has a knack for building strong community partnerships and has played a key role in advancing various initiatives. Her passion for community work and holistic wellness shines through in everything she does.

As a small business owner, Birdie has developed resilience and perseverance, always striving to be a reliable and caring team member. Outside of work, she loves connecting with her community and making a positive impact. Birdie is excited to be a part of the Good Measure team as the Program and Collective Impact Coordinator to continue making a difference for nonprofit organizations in Central Texas.
