Build Capacity, Drive Change

MEASURING WHAT MATTERS

Equip Your Organization with Data Skills

Measuring What Matters (MWM) is designed specifically for grassroots collectives of nonprofit or community-based organizations striving to make an impact in their communities. By connecting with nonprofit leaders who are navigating the shared challenges, this space is focused on what works for the communities served, identifies communal challenges and connects questions with support via coaches and teachers.

MWM fosters a collaborative environment where organizations can refine their data and evaluation practices. This isn’t just a workshop; it’s an opportunity to work collaboratively and strengthen our community’s ability to address specific areas of focus.

Topics Covered Include:

  • Developing and refining logic models and theories of change

  • Performance measurements aligned with grassroots priorities

  • Best practices in data collection, analysis, and interpretation

  • Collaborating effectively with funders and stakeholders to build long-term support

  • Strategies for applying evidence-based results to drive organizational goals
