By the end of this hands-on session, you’ll confidently bring evaluation strategies, data collection practices and storytelling approaches, customized for your programming, back to your organization.

How to utilize logic models in your data collection planning process
Inclusive outreach methods and strategies like data disaggregation and community-led interpretation
Tools to define outcomes that evaluate program success
Storytelling best practices to communicate effectively with community members, funders, and program staff
Overcoming challenges in fostering a data-driven culture within your organization
